Mobility and exchange students

If you are a UIB student, the International Relations Office offers you the chance to do part of your studies at another university around the world or to undertake placements at companies in a European Union country through its mobility and exchange programmes. Learn modern languages with the courses run by the Language Service UIBIdiomes-FUEIB.

There are many options to choose from.

If you are a student from another university who is interested in studying at the UIB Faculty of Science for a semester or for a full academic year via a mobility programme, you need to contact the International Relations Office - or the equivalent office at your home university - for information on how to apply for an exchange place at our university.

Learn Catalan and Spanish with the courses run by the Language Service UIBIdiomes-FUEIB or learn Catalan online with PARLA, an independent learning programme supported by the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Institut Ramon Llull Institute and the CNPL.

Applying with foreign studies

Students who have completed, or partially completed, studies at a non-Spanish institution and who wish to study in a programme at the UIB must follow different procedures depending on what kinds of studies they have. You can find more information on the application and admission procedure on the Catalan version of the web page.
